Almost too good to be true, Four Moons is hosting a wine tasting with Paul Hobbs, one of the world’s most renowned winemakers. Paul Hobbs is truly in a class by himself with rave reviews and ratings from prominent wine publications and connoisseurs across the globe!  Hobbs’ life-long passion and distinct ability to craft amazing wines rooted in old world techniques has made him a recognized pioneer in winemaking.
 
The event features three special tasting opportunities.  Guests will enjoy an exclusive opportunity to be personally escorted by Hobbs through his journey along the adventure of winemaking, as well as introduced to some of his most celebrated releases.
 
First Tasting: Phases Moon Bar 6:00-7:opt ($25 per person*)

Twice cooked scallop with seared foie gras, smoked parsnip chips and black mission figs

Roasted Monkfish with wild mushroom ragout and fried bone marrow

Seared Duck breast with confit and white bean cassoulet and black truffle sauce

4th Course

Wagyu skirt steak with shallot confit, creamed spinach, powdered bacon and crispy potato
