Four Moons Loyalty Card Program gives our guests an opportunity to win gift certificates that can be used at Four Moons, Four Moons Wine & Gourmet Internet Cafe, and Phases Moon Bar.

Just for signing up, we are going to give you 100 points and get you on your way to earning your first gift certificate!
  • For every dollar spent at Four Moons Wine & Gourmet Internet Cafe, you will receive 1 point.
  • For every dollar spent in Four Moons or Phases Moon Bar, you will receive 2 points.
As a member, you will also be eligible for special bonus points and discounts throughout the year:
Earn 50 bonus points for celebrating your birthday or anniversary with us.  Earn double points when paying for certain events and specialty goods.  All bonus rewards will be announced through emails throughout the year.

When you have earned 500 points, you will receive a $25 gift certificate.
